To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level NH-03. Specialized experience is defined as:
Experience directing quality assurance personnel by providing technical advice and assistance related to Aerospace/Aircraft systems; experience analyzing aerospace or aircraft contractual requirements and specifications; experience providing surveillance over contractors to assure compliance and quality standards including conducting audits, risk assessment and/or technical studies; experience managing personnel engaged in aerospace or aircraft quality assurance processes and systems; and experience briefing senior level management. Education cannot be substituted for experience. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
