CNC Operator
CNC Set-up Operator Entry level $8.50, will pay $10.00 with experience!!
The CNC Prototype Mill Setup position works closely with the Cell Leader and is responsible for proper set up and operation of CNC Mills to produce prototype parts in accordance to customer specifications. Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:00PM
Essential Functions:
Perform work holding and tool setup per Cell Leaders instructions.
Load programs and perform progressive machining operations on a diversified line of work, potentially with tight tolerances.
Perform in-process inspections of parts to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Verify parts conform to specifications using required measuring tools while visually inspecting for defects and accurately documenting measured results.
Communicate with coworkers and supervisors to share information from one shift to another.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
H. S. Diploma or GED and at least 18 years old.
Experience with a wide range on materials.
Strong work ethic and must enjoy a fast paced, challenging environment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
