Front Office Manager

The Hampton Inn in Crestview, FL, is looking to add a Front Office Manager to their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest service, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a minimum of three years of experience in the hospitality field.
Other duties / requirements include:
Effective scheduling of all front desk staff members to fall within budgeted guidelines.
Ability to lead the team by example, and clearly communicate with all staff members.
Responsible for training and motivating staff.
Support the General Manager and function as manager on duty in their absence.
Understanding of OnQ property management system.
Responsible for maintaining guest satisfaction at acceptable levels.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
