Litigation Paralegal

Duties:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial activities - Conduct legal research - Draft and prepare legal documents, such as pleadings and motions - Maintain and organize case files and documents using document management systems - Review and analyze documents for relevancy, privilege, and responsiveness - Assist with deposition preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing witness files - Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed - Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing witness binders, and coordinating with expert witnesses
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited program - Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal - Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines - Experience with document management systems for organizing and maintaining case files - Familiarity with document review software and contract management platforms - Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and court rules - Excellent interviewing skills to gather information from clients and witnesses - Professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel - Strong organizational skills to effectively manage case files, exhibits, and trial preparation materials If you meet the qualifications above and are interested in joining our team as a Litigation Paralegal, please submit your resume along with a cover letter detailing your relevant experience.
