North Okaloosa Medical Center in Crestview, Florida is seeking an Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join their team.
Position Purpose:
Provide outpatient care & preventive health services for clinic patients, within specialty, under physician general supervision.
Provide medical care & preventive health services consistent with national and local standards as delineated by Practice Parameters, clinic protocols, or the weight of the current medical literature.
Refers to or consults with appropriate professional specialists and outside agencies.
Contributes to practice efficiency through cost containment and patient management.
Attends clinic meetings and serve on appropriate committees.
Participates as peer reviewer in clinic Quality Improvement Program.
Required Experience & Education
2 years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Master's degree (or higher) in Nursing
C-ARC-BLS & L-FL-Nurse Practitioner licenses/certifications
Compensation Package May Include:
Base Salary with RVU potential
CME plus 5 days of additional PTO days
