Primary responsibilities include management and implementation of overall marketing strategies encompassing advertising, community relations, media relations, internal communications and other promotions for the hospital and its affiliated medical group.
This position will collaborate with approved vendors and corporate-based marketing and communications staff to execute digital-first, multi-channel campaigns, including measurement and reporting.
Ensures promotions and organizational presence are consistent with CHS and hospital objectives, and facilitates the hospital's strategic planning process.

For most regular full and part-time clinical employees, North Okaloosa Medical Center will directly pay a portion of loan premiums as long as the employee remains current with payments, offsetting student loan balances up to $20,000 per employee.
Any licensure or certification renewals required for full-time clinical employees are fully reimbursed, unless already provided at no charge, by the hospital.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
